Teaser Talk: A Mass Feast, Resetting The Expectations

The teaser of Natural Star Nani’s Tuck Jagadish is out. Whatever the impression one might have until now, it is changed with it. A mass expectation is created now.

All the images and single that have come out so far suggests a simple milder regular commercial entertainer on the lines of director Shiva Nirvana’s previous flicks. However, the teaser has changed the view entirely. Tuck Jagadish now looks like an out and out mass entertainer.

The whole teaser video is no doubt ‘inspired’ by Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’s Sittarala Sirapadu. A few visuals look the same. Music by S Thaman further adds to similarity due to the style. But it works well here, too. And that is all that matters, in the end.

But, leaving the ‘inspiration’ aside, Nani has been presented in a mass avatar like never before. And it is done keeping his ‘Middle Class’ guy looks and appeal, intact. If the movie has an engaging narrative with fresh elements, it could be a big winner, theatrically.

The cast and crew look excellent for Tuck Jagadish. Shiva Nirvana is aiming for a hat-trick with the movie after Ninnu Kori and Majili.

Check out the teaser below. Ritu Varma is the heroine in the movie. S Thaman provides the music. Jagapathi Babu plays the role of the elder brother in the film. Tuck Jagadish hits the cinemas on April 23rd and promises to bring the festival to cinemas.
