Tv staff caught in piracy of big hero’s film!

Mass star Vijay’s film ‘Theri’ was released a day before Tamil New Year Day on 14th April and running in theatres with mixed talk. For mass star’s fans, it had been an eventful day as they caught a channel’s two videomen recording ‘Theri’ in one of the theatres.

A 20 minute film was recorded and then Vijay’s fans caught hold of the culprits and handed him over to police. Tamil Film Producers Council immediately called for a pressmeet and announced their decision not to give any film related news to that Tamil channel.

It’s not only the makers of ‘Theri’, they appealed to other producers to stop promotional material and video songs to the channel for the piracy act. Tamil satellite channel, Polimer TV is said to be the culprit behind this, which is trying to negotiate with the producers. But the makers are in no mood to compromise.
