Twitterati Mocks Telangana New Secretariat Designs!

Telangana Government recently released the designs of the new secretariat planned at Bison Polo Grounds, Secunderabad. These designs are put forward by Internationally Reputed Architect, Hafeez Contractor. The design looks very similar to that of the design of Santo Domingo National Palace with slight modifications.

The designs released by the government only has a Garden extra, Twitterati says. Interestingly, the architecture is also similar to that of an administrative block of an Engineering College of Krishna District, AP. Probably, Telangana Government may have to sit with Hafeez Contractor team once again as CM KCR wants to have it as a monument for Generations to come.

KCR is planning the new Secretariat cum Assembly at Bison Polo Grounds and a part of Gymkhana Grounds in Secunderabad. There are rumours that the new buildings are planned as the old ones are not Vaastu Compliant. The opposition is opposing this proposal.
