Bluesky, the US distributor of Ram Charan’s Zanjeer and its Telugu version, Thoofan dumped the makers in the last minute. He refused to distribute the movie today in the early hours citing low demand for the movie. Reliance had to forego 3 Crores due to this dropout. Also they are left with no takers there. As a result, Reliance will release the movie on their own there. Also due to this change, there may not be a chance of premieres.
Zanjeer and its Telugu version, Thoofan are expected to release worldwide in record number of theaters. While the Telugu version alone will be screened in 1000+ theaters, the Hindi release will still be the highest for any actor from South debuting in Bollywood. We wish him all the best!
