‘Vangaveeti’ will be shot in Mumbai, not in Vijayawada!

Film maker Ram Gopal Varma is presently in a political cum ideological war with some sections of politicians and rowdies because of his aggressive approach towards his upcoming film ‘Vangaveeti’. However RGV isn’t going to shoot the film in Vijayawada. Like ‘Raktha Charitra’, he’ll be shooting it in Mumbai.

He says, Vijayawada doesn’t look the same city as in Vangaveeti times and hence there is no need to shoot in the city. He is currently in Vijayawada to meet people like Nehru and obviously there are protests on him for his instigating comments on ‘Kamma Kaapu’ equations.

RGV’s latest tweets making Mudragada Padmanaabham as the real mega power star and terming the on screen heroes as fake, seems to be part of his plan to gain support from one particular community. He further compared the actors as ‘Kaapu skins with Kamma minds’. Well, the words are clear and RGV very well knows why he is doing this.
