Slick Boxing Entertainer, At The Right Time

The first punch of Varun Tej’s boxing drama, Ghani, is out. It is just a visual glimpse of the actor as a boxer but serves a bigger purpose of announcing the release date.

Ghani is all set to hit the big screens on December 3rd. It is the right time because by then, two big festival seasons will be over. If at all there are any issues, even that could be settled by that time. And more importantly, it can have an advantage over a similar backdrop movie.

Coming to the actual ‘punch’ aka a glimpse, Varun Tej looks good. The entire background setting and making give a slick vibe. The background score by S Thaman could have been better, though or maybe the rhyming lyrics. The combined effect gives a tacky feel. Apart from that, everything looks perfect.

Varun Tej would be hoping to score a significant solo success with Ghani before he moves to F3. Kiran Korrapati, a debutant directs the movie. Siddu Mudda and Allu Bobby jointly produce the boxing drama.
