Mega Hero’s New Film Rolls, Committing The Same Mistake As His Last

The new film of Mega Prince Varun Tej has started its regular shoot in Visakhapatnam. The makers conveyed the same with an image containing several cameras. But, what was also exciting was that they announced a release date at the same time.

Varun Tej’s new movie currently referred to as VT10 is locked for July 30th release. As many are aware, RRR was supposed to arrive earlier on the same date. When it was pushed to Sankranthi 2020, various rumours started floating as to who would pick the date. Megastar Chiranjeevi’s upcoming had the strongest buzz to take the slot. As it is, it was positioned to arrive for Independence Day weekend.

Tentatively titled Acharya, Chiranjeevi’s next is carrying immense buzz as the Megastar is joining hands with Koratala Siva for the first time. A Varun Tej film with a debut director arriving around the same time will definitely have a tough time in the long run. We saw that with Gaddalakonda Ganesh which arrived two weeks before Sye Raa. VT10 would be almost looking at a similar scenario. Let’s see how things pan out eventually.
