Veena Malik cheated by her own people!

She was four months pregnant with her baby when the controversy broke out. Pakistani based Bollywood actress Veena Malik along with her husband was accused of blasphemy for a TV episode they have enacted as a part of their nuptial ceremonies. It was a mock show on prophet mohammad daughter’s wedding hurting the religious sentiments of Muslims all over the world say the accusers.

Veena Malik who is presently a mother of a two year old infant, recalls the trauma she had undergone when the controversy erupted on her. She feared miscarriage and she alongwith her husband chose to move out of the country only to save herself from miscarriage and it was indeed a tough decision on her part. Now that she is sentenced to 26 years in jail along with her hubby it is a pity that she has a two month old baby to take care of.

The toughest part was the fact that her own people chose to punish her for no fault of hers. She feels cheated. She says that she is very well aware of what is blasphemy and never would do anything to hurt Islamic sentiments. She opines that women in pakistan are empowered and there is progressive thought processes which can decide the truthfulness of an action. Veena wants to fight back for justice and still rests confidence in the judiciary. Anyway it’s tough time for the hot siren who rocked Bollywood world with her bold acts.
