Deverakonda Clarifies Remuneration Hike Reports

Vijay Deverakonda has delivered a 65 Crore Plus Share film with his recent release, Geetha Govindham. There are several rumours about the actor charging exorbitant amounts to do films after the massive success. But Vijay Deverakonda has turned out those rumours in his own style in an interview.

“From being an unknown to the stage of everyone knowing me, It happened so quickly. But the feeling still did not sink in for me. I am still not sure of this stardom as well. Every time, I feel I shall do one film at normal rates and then hike it up. But I have been doing that with every film saying that this is one last film,” Vijay Deverakonda said.

“I don’t like being a star. My life never really changed. But in a sense, the World’s perception and Opinion about me has changed and nothing more than that,” Deverakonda added. The actor is currently awaiting the release of his first bilingual film – NOTA which will see the light on October 5th.
