Deverakonda On Allegations Of Copying John Abraham

Liger’s promotions are going on in full swing, and Rowdy boy Vijay Deverakonda is leaving no stone unturned to promote the film. He has been greeted by thousands of fans not just in Telugu states but also in the Hindi heartland.

During one of the promotional interviews, he was asked if he was trying to ape John Abraham by wearing chappals to the promotional events of Liger. Deverakonda replied that it was all about his comfort, and he didn’t copy any actor. He likes to wear what he is comfortable in, and he didn’t think this thing would be blown out in such huge proportions.

For the unversed, John Abraham has attended many events in the past where he had won just casual chappals. Vijay also attended the Liger trailer launch event dressed in a casual look with slippers.

Directed by Puri Jagannadh, Liger is releasing amid huge hype and expectations on August 25 all over India. It’s backed by Puri Connects and Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions.
