Vijay Deverakonda’s Pan-India Risk

Happening Hero Vijay Deverakonda started a Bilingual film – Hero with Tamil Director, Anand Annamalai. The Sports Drama was shot for a few days but was later put on hold due to budget issues. Vijay moved on to other projects without completing Hero.

Reports are emerging that Bollywood Production House, T-Series took over the movie production from Mythri Movie Makers. T-Series is planning to make this film as a pan-India project. The new schedule of Hero will begin soon after Vijay wraps up Puri Jagannadh’s Liger.

However, this is still a worrying factor for Vijay’s fans. Usually, history suggests that films which change hands midway have very fewer chances of becoming hits. If it is the case with Hero as well, the damage will be even more since it will be made as a pan-India film.

A pan-India film if fails, the failure will also resonate across the country. So, Vijay has to tread carefully about this Project.
