Vinayaka Chavithi Weekend Badly Wasted

This Vinayaka Chavithi weekend looked like a golden goose for Tollywood box office. However, this opportunity has been badly wasted by the films that were initially aligned for release this Chavithi box office.

First, Skanda left the 15 September slot and moved to 28 September. This happened after Salaar got postponed.

Then, thing looked bright for Chandramukhi 2 and Mark Antony which were the two dubbed films that were up for release. Of the two films, Chandramukhi 2 looked brighter with the sequel advantage.

However, cut to now, Chandramukhi 2 has also postponed the release slot. It has moved to 28 September.

This means that all the films that could’ve essentially made merry at the box office with the Vinayaka Chavithi advantage have all deserted the golden slot.

Now, the only film left is Mark Antony which had an interesting and whacky trailer. Vishal has been presented with a golden opportunity after so many alterations in the last minute.

This is an optimal opportunity for Vishal to make a comeback with Mark Antony. Will he be able to make the most of the same? We shall wait and see.
