Director VV Vinayak made his debut with the sensational hit Aadi. He followed it up with another sensation Dil. Following these two films, the director was toast of the town back then and everyone wanted to work with him. Among them was Superstar Mahesh Babu too and a film almost was finalized and expected to get onto sets in that combination. Unfortunately it never happened.
Now after years it looks like a film in that combination is going to finally materialize going by the words of the director himself. VV Vinayak has confirmed that he has a film planned with Mahesh Babu in the coming year and it would be on sets this time for sure. This project is expected to be the one after Koratala Siva and Puri Jagannadh for Mahesh Babu. This is certainly an unusual combination, let’s see if the ten plus years long dream is fulfilled for the director next year or not.
