Watch: Silly Fighting at MAA Oath-Ceremony

There are differences between the two groups that contested in the recently held elections of Movie Artists Association have been quite obvious. But, it’s surprising to see the elected members who all belong to the same side, began fighting on the first day, i.e., the oath-taking ceremony day.

Speaking at the event, the newly elected MAA President Naresh announced several schemes for the benefit of the artists of the Telugu Film Industry. He was seen repeating the phrase,’I’ve decided to …’ instead of saying, ‘We or our panel had decided to …’. This angered senior actor Rajasekhar who pointed out at Naresh’s speech and reminded him that MAA’s decisions will be taken by the panel together, not Naresh alone. “Next time Naresh speaks, he must take care to include us, even,” said Rajasekhar.

If this fight wasn’t enough, when Hema began her speech, Naresh pulled away the mike rather abruptly from her, in fact in an offensive way. Naturally, Hema felt insulted and once again, got back the mike and alleged that Naresh took all the decisions by himself without consulting the panel members who were elected. Hereafter, he needs to consult all the members before he decides to announce something, said Hema. Well, it was funny to see them fighting on the oath-taking ceremony day. Looks like, more to come in the coming days.
