Well Known Writer-Director Attempts suicide

Writer turned director Rajasimha attempted suicide in Mumbai. He took a high dose of sleeping pills and was found in a critical state. The acquaintances immediately admitted him to a hospital.

Rajasimha has been in the industry for a very long time. He has done various works like being an actor to a writer, he has been part of few popular films, and all the while nursing the ultimate dream of becoming a director. It took time for him which left him frustrated. He finally got the break with the Sandeep Kishan and Nithya Menen starrer Oka Ammayi Thappa.

The result of the debut is known to all and sundry which made his progress as director difficult. Owing to the career-related issues and lack of opportunities, Rajasimha had to take such a drastic life ending step. We hope he recovers soon and bounces back as a director.
