What Amma What Is This Amma – DSP

The words from lyricist Srimani sums up the plight of Devi Sri Prasad’s music perfectly. What Amma What Is this Amma – precisely that is what the listener would think after the song is over.

The new single from Ram starrer Vunnadi Okate Zindagi is out, and it is called “What Amma.” Like the first single from the movie, Trendu Marina Friendu Maradu, What Amma is another number where the lyrics overshadow the music. The words are satisfying but only when it is mixed with peppy music, that people are hooked. The two songs released so far lack that hook.

Listen to the song below. Vunnadi Okate Zindagi stars Ram in the lead with Anupama Parameshwaran and Lavanya Tripathi as heroines. Kishore Tirumala of Nenu Shailaja fame directs the movie. Sravanthi Ravikishore who produces the film is looking at releasing it on October 27.
