The actor mentioned that he was not in a good mood since a couple of days with the leaked scenes of Geetha Govindam going viral on the internet even before the release. There is no clear confirmation though, but his upcoming film Taxiwala also has a buzz that the full unedited version of the film has been leaked online already.

Vijay expressed his irritation about not being able to enjoy an event of his film despite being the hero of the film but sitting down and clearing the piracy links online. But maintaining his attitude, he gave a warning to the pirates saying “whatever you do, I will achieve what I want to”. Unlike many times, this time Vijay’s wrath seemed fair.
