When Dhanush got recommended by big star

In film industries we don’t often see one top star recommending another for a big film to be made by a big director. This has recently happened in Tamil cinema where the current big star Vijay, recommended Dhanush as hero to a script offered to him.

This information was shared by the director of the movie himself. We are talking about the movie Anegan which is the next release of Dhanush directed by KV Anand of Veedokkade, Rangam and Brothers fame. Anegan is the biggest film so far in Dhanush’s career and is coming with huge expectations, especially after the super success of VIP. The director says that when Vijay was offered this film he was busy with multiple films like Jilla and Kaththi and hence he could commit to doing. But being the gentleman that he is, he recommended Dhanush for the part and said that he would be perfectly suitable for the film.

Music for the film has been given by KV Anand’s regular Harris Jayaraj and it is going to release in few days. The makers are looking at a two weeks clear window to release the film.
