Who Is the Replacement for Pooja Hegde?

Pooja Hegde is the most sought-after heroine right now in the South industry. She is the first choice for all the star hero films in Tollywood. Rashmika Mandanna comes next.

Pooja Hegde has been cast opposite all top heroes, and in Tollywood, makers mostly prefer to cast a fresh heroine opposite big heroes. So there is a discussion in the industry circles about who will replace Pooja Hegde as the heroine in the star hero movies.

After the success of Sita Ramam, it was expected Mrunal Thakur would be considered the next best option. But Tollywood makers didn’t entertain her much. Now the makers are keen to approach Bollywood beauties, but here also, options are limited.

Janhvi Kapoor is one option, but makers aren’t showing much interest in casting her opposite Tier one star heroes here. Ananya Panday was an utter failure in Liger, so she is ruled out even for second Tier heroes.

Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt are extremely choosy, and they give Bollywood first preference. Kiara Advani shows promise, but she, too, prefers Bollywood.

Shraddha Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, and Disha Patani have already failed in Tollywood. It would be no surprise if makers go for some new faces from the modeling world, but they would not create hype as a star heroine does.

So, the question still remains unanswered, if not Pooja Hegde and Rashmika Mandanna, then who?
