Ram Charan’s Magadheera is one of the few Telugu films, after Okkadu, which has caught everybody’s attention in Bollywood. Lot of actors were approached for the film including newcomers like Varun Dhawan, Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor. However none have given the green signal to act in the film, which one of the biggest hits in Ram Charan’s career.
While Arjun Kapoor is doing the remake of Okkadu, which will be produced by his father Boney Kapoor, Band Baja Baaraat actor Ranveer Singh was initially considered for Magadheera remake. The latter recently confirmed that he is not doing the film, but said he saw the film and found Ram Charan to be outstanding in it.
We have to wait and see who will eventually be cast in the Hindi remake of Rajamouli’s Magadheera. Whoever it is, we hope he does total justice to the role, which was flawlessly done by Ram Charan even though it was his second film of his career.
