Why superstar messing up with Tamilians?

It is the first time that a Bollywood superstar is going to campaign for Presidential elections in Sri Lanka. Salman Khan alongwith his ‘Kick’ heroine Jacqueline Fernandes (a Srilankan and former Miss Sri Lanka) is going to go for poll campaign in Srilanka to support Rajpaksa’s son Namal who happens to be Jacqueline’s friend. The elections are going to take place on January 8th 2015.

This is the same Rajpaksa whose name was attached to Tamil young superstar Vijay’s latest release ‘Kaththi’. There was a lot of controversy on ‘Kaththi’ that it allegedly got its funds from Sri Lankan’s President Mahindra Raj Paksa. The film got into troubled waters because of its connection with Lyca Productions which has connections with Rajpaksa.

Tamilians accuse Rajapaksa for killing thousands of Tamilians in Sri Lanka and never are going to excuse anyone who have connections with the President’s family. Though Salman Khan happens to be from Bollywood, one can’t forget that Tamilians won’t keep quiet when someone like Salman Khan, a big celebrity from India gets linked with the Sri Lankan president.
