Why Telugu industry is populated with North Indian actors?

After Mithun Chakraborty has been confirmed to feature in an upcoming Telugu flick, I wonder why that is we depend on North Indians for character roles. While some of these actors such as Ashish Vidyarthi, Sonu Sood and Shayaji Shinde are extremely good, yet I feel we can bank on our actors instead. We have so many good actors who rarely get opportunity to play villains.

What is disheartening is that most of these actors can’t speak Telugu and it’s awful to see them mouth dialogues in dubbing voice. I think dubbing in your own voice makes a lot difference to a film. I believe it helps in expressing even emotions right.

We have so many character actors and I think they are much better than all these artists put together. By casting North Indian actors, I feel we are discarding our own talent.
