We have two big examples in the form of legendary NTR and Megastar Chiranjeevi who entered politics after amassing huge craze among the masses. NTR’s victory led to the formation of TDP government that laid strong foundation for the Party.

But in the case of Chiranjeevi, his political entry didn’t give him any particular weightage and he turned out to be one of the best examples for a celebrity who failed in politics, big time. When we talk about the above-mentioned contemporary stars turning politicians, we have to wait and see who would be another NTR and Chiranjeevi.
