Will bad luck continue for Allu Arjun?

Here’s some good as well as bad news for Allu Arjun fans. The good news is that his next project with Boyapati Srinu, who is riding high on the success of Legend, has been confirmed with Thaman roped in as composer. This will make for one helluva combination because Thaman’s last outing with Arjun in Race Gurram turned out to be a super hit.

The bad news is that this project will be produced by Arjun’s home banner Geetha Arts, and all his films so far (Gangotri, Happy and Badrinath) have not had a successful run at the box-office vis-a-vis his other genuine hits. Will the same fate continue for this project as well?

Arjun is busy wrapping up his film with Trivikram, which already has a release date as April 2. This means the film will lock horns with several biggies such as Kamal Haasan’s Uttama Villain and Karthi’s Komban. Both these films will be dubbed and released in Telugu, so the competition will be tough.
