Will Nikhil Overtake Prabhas With Karthikeya 2?

Right now, Nikhil’s Karthikeya 2 is ruling the roost at the box office. Not only in Telugu, but the Hindi version is performing exceptionally well in the North belt as well.

Trade reports suggest that Karthikeya 2 is growing stronger with each passing day, not only in Telugu but also in the Hindi version. It was released on very few screens in the Hindi belts, but owing to the phenomenal response, Karthikeya 2 screen count was increased from its second day all over the major areas in the North.

Trade analysts believe that Karthikeya 2 will cross the full run collections of Kamal Haasan’s Vikram (Hindi) in a few days. It looks all set to cross the collections of Adivi Sesh’s Major (Hindi) as well.

Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starrer Radhe Shyam collected a net of Rs 19 crore from the Hindi markets, and it will be interesting to see if Karthikeya 2 can cross it after decimating Vikram and Major’s collections. There is this big Krishnashtami holiday coming, and trade experts believe that Karthikeya 2 will get a big boost on that day due to the film’s content.

It will be seen as Nikhil’s win over Prabhas if Karthikeya 2 crosses Radhe Shyam’s total collections.
