Can Ravi Teja End the Year on a High?

Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja is having a bad year. Two of his most hyped movies, Khiladi and Ramarao On Duty, turned out to be disasters of the highest order. Now he has pinned all his hopes on his upcoming action entertainer, Dhamaka.

Ravi Teja delivered a blockbuster Krack last year. Prior to Krack, he had delivered utter flops like Amar Akbar Anthony, Touch Chesi Chudu, and Disco Raja. Post-Krack also, Ravi Teja disappointed his fans with movies like Khiladi and Ramarao On Duty.

2022 hasn’t been the best of the years for Tollywood. Except for RRR, most of the biggies disappointed at the box office. There were colossal flops like Acharya and Radhe Shyam. Medium and small-budget movies like DJ Tillu, Sita Ramam, Bimbisara, Major, Karthikeya 2, and HIT 2 saved the day for the Telugu film industry.

Dhamaka is going to be the last big release of 2022. The film is touted to be a mass entertainer with loads of comedy and entertainment. Trinadha Rao Nakkina has delivered commercial entertainers like Cinema Choopista mava and Nenu Local in the past. So trade has decent expectations from Dhamaka.

Will Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja end the year 2022 on a high note or not has to be seen?
