Yash’s Toxic: Inspired or Copied from Hollywood Classic?

The first look of Toxic has created massive buzz on social media. Fans were left stunned after watching the never-before-seen teaser featuring Yash.

Apart from the intense violence and bold sexuality, the film appears to promise a darker and more thrilling narrative. Many believe Toxic could push boundaries beyond expectations.

However, attention soon shifted to the official poster released by the makers. Fans began noticing striking visual similarities with a Hollywood classic.

The poster features Yash holding a gun, with blood spilled across the floor against a white background. This imagery quickly caught the attention of netizens.

Users compared it to the poster of American Psycho, starring Christian Bale. They pointed out similarities in lighting, colour tone, and composition.

The debate intensified around originality versus inspiration. Some noted that American Psycho was directed by a woman, and Toxic is also helmed by Geetu Mohandas.

While a section of users labelled the poster as a direct copy, others defended it. They argued that the design aims to give a Hollywood-style aesthetic and does not necessarily reflect the film’s content.

Overall, Toxic has struck the right chord with its introduction and visual presentation. The film continues to trend heavily across social media platforms.

It now remains to be seen whether the makers can convert this hype into success. The film faces a major box office test as it clashes with the much-awaited Dhurandhar Part 2 on March 19.
