100 Days To Go: Dead Air Everywhere!

KGF remains one of the most impactful films in South Indian cinema, and its nationwide reach still stands out. Director Prashanth quickly used that momentum and lined up films with stars like Prabhas and NTR. But Yash took a slower approach after KGF.

Yash now returns to theatres with Toxic, set for release on March 19, exactly hundred days from today. This marks his comeback after KGF, yet the film has not generated the expected buzz. The anticipation levels are far lower than what a Yash film usually commands.

In key Telugu regions, many people are not even aware of the film, let alone its arrival in March. The team still has time, but they need one strong promotional video to reach deeper markets and spark interest. The current silence works against the film.

Yash’s action presence is a strong asset, and the director must use it well. If they deliver one impactful glimpse, the film gets a chance to build momentum. For now, Toxic has no real traction anywhere.

This film is important for Yash, as he needs to show that KGF was not a one-time success for him. If Toxic underperforms, more credit will tilt towards Prashanth Neel, who is already moving ahead with big projects.
