Vijay Deverakonda and Puri Jagannadh’s Liger was extensively promoted across the country. The movie releasing on August 25th had its Pre-release event in Guntur. Youth and particularly girls came in big numbers and were in frenzy at the sight of Vijay.

Speaking at the event, Vijay Deverakonda said, “Mental’ is the only word that came in my mind when I first heard this script. While shooting many scenes, the word came in my mind many times. I always wanted to show you the film as soon as possible but it took three years. Liger promotions are my life-time memories. Liger will be my first step to make many such memories for you. I guarantee you… the movie will rock. You should do one thing for me…You should shake Guntur on 25th. August 25th, Waat Laga Denge”.

Puri Jagannadh is so delighted at the response and looked calm and confident with the release nearing. “This crowd makes me feel like this is the success celebrations of Liger. It does not look like promotions before the film. Vijay rocked in the film. So, are Ananya and Ramya Krishna. Mike Tyson will be the highlight. Even before knowing the result of Liger, we started and completed one schedule of JGM with double the budget of Liger. That is our confidence on this film,” he told.
