Morphing is one of the biggest problems being faced by celebrities across the country, of late. Recently, the deepfake video of actress Rashmika Mandanna went viral on social media.
The actress was a victim of cybercrime after an AI-generated video of hers did the rounds. Many celebrities came in support of Rashmika and demanded legal action.
Freshly, the Telugu Film Journalist Association lent their complete support to Rashmika in the matter. Further, the President of TFJA Mr. Lakshmi Narayana and General Secretary Mr. Y J Rambabu complained to Telangana DGP Anjani Kumar.
Acknowledging the association for acting responsibly, Anjani Kumar immediately handed over the case to cybercrime.
He suggested that such things are to be brought to their attention so that they can take immediate action to control the damage.
