50000 to Each MLA and MLC for Velagapudi Budget Session

All the staff of Andhra Pradesh Assembly and Council will reach Velagapudi tomorrow. They will be working from the Assembly Buildings in Velagapudi from now. Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad Rao will be welcoming them tomorrow morning.

The staff will be given temporary accommodation in Rain Park Township. All the MLAs and MLCs will be given an allowance of 50000 each for accommodation in the Budget session. This is in addition to the House Rent Allowance of 50000 given to them until now.

The government will not give them accommodation for this session and they will have to manage that out of this special allowance. The budget session, the first assembly session in Andhra Pradesh after the state bifurcation will begin from March 6th.
