ABN Radhakrishna to Nampally Court Tomorrow

ABN – Andhrajyothy MD Radhakrishna and some other employees of the Media House are expected to attend to Nampally Court in Person in connection to the defamation case filed by Mangalagiri MLA, Alla Rama Krishna Reddy on the behalf of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Alla alleged that Andhrajyothy News Channel and Newspaper aired fabricated news about YSR Congress when Jagan Mohan Reddy met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and extended support to BJP’s Candidate in President Election.

Nampally court asked them to attend the court tomorrow. Radhakrishna and other filed a quash petition in Hyderabad High Court to give them exemption from Personal Appearance. But then, the high court did not allow that and so they will be attending the court tomorrow.
