After Chappal, Stone Hurled At CM Jagan

Despite heavy security measures, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is still facing dissent in his Memantha Siddham Bus Yatra.

A few days ago, a chappal was hurled at the Chief Minister in Anantapur. Since then, stringent security measures have been put in place to prevent such incidents from happening.

But today, someone hurled a stone at the Chief Minister. The stone caused a small bruise on Jagan‘s forehead and also hit YSRCP leader Vellampalli Srinivas.

As it is a small injury, the doctor performed first-aid and the Yatra is going on.

Some say this is another election stunt akin to the Kodi Kathi attack before the 2019 elections.

But usually, we should not comment as such before asserting facts.

In Democracy, there is no place for physical attacks. Dissent should be always shown with votes instead of hurling chappals and stones.
