After rude shock from HC, Roja headed to SC

YSRCP MLA Roja headed to Supreme Court and filed petition over her suspension from AP legislative assembly for one year.

In this petition, Roja mentioned that she didn’t get called in-front of privilege committee to heed her version. In contrast to Roja’s claims, last week AP Assembly had given another chance to attend in-front of privilege committee against which she didn’t turned up her face.

In the last week High Court judgement upholding Roja suspension also, Roja’s lawyer clearly stated that their client does not have such need or idea to apologize anyone (Privilege committee) in this issue. Everyone is surprised why Roja mentioned such claims in her petition.
