Air India Pilot Takes Girlfriend Into Cockpit

In an amusing development, a pilot was grounded by Air India for allowing his girlfriend into the cockpit of the flight that was travelling from Delhi to Leh.

The pilot and Co-pilot of the aircraft were grounded by Air India after the former let in his girlfriend into the cockpit of the flight which was on the way from Delhi to Leh which is regarded as one of the most complex air routes in India.

This is a major lapse in safety and security of the aircraft. Shockingly, this isn’t the first time something like this happened in an Air India aircraft.

Recently, under six months ago, a pilot let in his female friend to enter the cockpit of the flight travelling from Delhi to Dubai. Air India was filed Rs 30 lakh for the serious lapse back then.

Now, a similar such incident has happened in a domestic flight which has caused a huge uproar as the safety of the passengers is at great risk here.

Air India has been in the news for all the wrong reasons of late after multiple citations of flouting of safety regulations.
