Algerian Plane Crashed killing 116

A flight of Algerian Airlines, the national carrier of Algeria carrying 110 people and six crew got crashed in Niger. The Air navigation services of Algeria after 50 minutes of its take off lost contact with the plane flying from Ouagadougou to Algiers.The exact reason for the crash is not known. But there can be a militants hand in this mishap since Algeria is fighting internal war with Jihadists for several years.

This is the third such incident in the last 6 months in which planes met with accidents. It is known that Militants had brought down a Malaysian Airlines flight in Ukraine few days ago killing all the 295 passengers. In March, one more plane of Malaysian Airlines went missing with 239 people on board and no trace of it is found till date despite extensive search efforts.
