AA Said “Now, Movie Will Be Hit” During Stampede

The stampede issue at Pushpa 2’s premiere was discussed in the assembly today. CM Revanth Reddy slammed actor Allu Arjun for visiting Sandhya Theatre despite being ordered not to.

Meanwhile, AIMIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi made serious allegations against Allu Arjun. He claimed that when the actor was informed about the stampede and the death of a woman, Allu Arjun reportedly said, “Now the movie will be a hit.”

Owaisi said, “As per my information, the film star went to the theatre, the stampede occurred, and he continued watching the film. Later, policemen went to him and informed him that a lady had died and two kids were injured in the stampede. The film star reportedly said, ‘Now the movie will be a hit.’ People say that he left the theatre by waving to the audience even after realizing the incident.”

Owaisi accused Allu Arjun of not caring about the stampede or the lady who died but instead returning to his vehicle and waving to the public again.

He questioned where Allu Arjun’s humanity was in this situation.

Owaisi added that even though he attends public meetings, he always ensures that no stampede happens at such events. He questioned why Allu Arjun didn’t bother to visit the victims, despite knowing their condition in the theatre itself.

In response to the incident, the Telangana government has decided to ban benefit shows and ticket hikes.
