Amaravati Case: Alla Missed A Simple Logic!

It is known to our readers that APCID registered a case on Chandrababu Naidu, Former Minister Narayana, Lingamaneni Ramesh, and Others based on a complaint of YSR Congress MLA .

He alleged that there were deviations in Amaravati Master Plan and Inner Ring Road to benefit themselves and those close to them.

Narayana and Lingamaneni Ramesh applied for anticipatory bail in Andhra Pradesh High Court.

In the bail petition, they mentioned that the Inner Ring Road is only in a draft proposal stage and not even a single acre of land was acquired. Hence there is no question of illegal gains, they argued.

“This is a clear case of Political Vendetta by the YSRCP MLA without any ground and with only intention of damaging reputation in the public,” Narayana mentioned in the petition.

“There is also an extraordinary delay of 6 years 8 months in filing this case. The petitioner can not make baseless allegations without saying the reason for delay,” he also mentioned.

The case of no land acquired and the proposal still not finalized are some of the simple Logics Alla Ramakrishna Reddy missed in this case and can go against him in the court.
