Amaravati Dropped From Text Books In AP

Jagan Government is continuing its tirade against Amaravati. After losing the legal battle against Amaravati, the government has now removed ‘Amaravati’ from the Tenth Standard Telugu text book.

Since it will attract backlash, they say it is to reduce the burden of syllabus on the students as the start of the academic year got delayed due to the Pandemic.

Usually, when some thing of such sort happens, government usually removes the last chapters. But then, the second lesson ‘Amaravati‘ is removed.

The lesson is already taught and some exams were also conducted on the same.

In the case of other subjects and other classes, only the last lessons were removed revealing the real intentions.

There is also criticism on Education Department officials who resorted to this move to please those in power.
