Amaravati Govt Complex Construction Begin Date!

Andhra Pradesh government is on the verge of finalizing the Master Architect for the Iconic Buildings in the Core Capital area. Three companies – GMP International, Space Group, and Foster + Partners have evinced their interest in the project and submitted their bids and the end date is complete.

The companies will give a final presentation on 30th of this month and the Master Architect will be finalized on December 2nd. The state government is planning to begin the work of the Government Complex from April 2017. Iconic Buildings – Secretariat, High court will be taking up first and the entire government complex will come up in 1350 acres.

The state government has written to the Central government for an assistance of 10000 Crore for the Government Complex. The Master Architect will have three months to submit the final designs. By 2018 December, the government is planning to complete Assembly, High Court, Secretariat, HOD offices, Houses, Basic infrastructure etc.

Soil Tests will begin very soon in the area and they will be all completed by the time the designs are finalized. A complete analysis of the social will be conducted to ensure there are no problems with the construction after that. At the same time, the hunt for the funding will also be intensified.
