Amaravati MOU for Dussehra?

Despite the objections of the opposition and the legal issues, Andhra Pradesh government is keen on signing the MOU for the development of 6.84 square km start-up area in Amaravati capital city on Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode with the Singapore consortium on Vijaya Dasami day.

If Singapore consortium wins the bid under Swiss Challenge method, the state government wants to make the MOU on an auspicious day and ensure that the development begins as soon as possible. The last date for the submission of the counter bids is recently extended to September 23rd.

The declaration of the list of qualified challenging bidders and the opening of the Original Project Proponent’s commercial offer will be done on September 16. The CRDA officials will have to race against time to finalize the MOU documentation for October 7th after the bids are finalized in September last week.
