Amit Shah to Indicate BJP’s Telangana Plan?

BJP President Amit Shah is likely to fly down to Hyderabad in January for a three-day tour. He will hold closed-door meetings with the top leaders of BJP in Telangana and also meet the party cadre to finalize the BJP strategy in the Telangana for 2019 polls.

This tour will be an indication of BJP’s strategy towards the state. Even though, the party is struggling to make ground in the state even though there is a vacuum in the state’s political sphere. There are allegations that the BJP high command itself is not in favour of unsettling TRS.

BJP feels that unsettling TRS will mean that Congress will be at an advantage in the state and so BJP is not keen on doing that in Telangana. However, Amit Shah’s Tour will reveal the plan of BJP high command about Telangana.
