Anant Ambani With Andhra Pradesh Leaders

Andhra Pradesh is making a major push towards agricultural and rural development, with horticulture emerging as an important part of the government’s plans. The latest initiative brings together government investment and private participation to strengthen agriculture across Rayalaseema.

Against this backdrop, Anant Ambani joined Andhra Pradesh leaders ahead of the major programme at Madanapalle. Pawan Kalyan shared a photograph featuring himself alongside Chandrababu, Lokesh and Anant Ambani before the public event.

The meeting came as the government launched the Global Horticulture Hub, an ambitious project aimed at strengthening horticulture across the region. The programme covers areas including irrigation, food processing, storage, logistics, marketing and agricultural exports.

The project is planned with an estimated investment of around Rs 1 lakh crore. Government funding is expected to account for around Rs 40,352 crore, while approximately Rs 60,000 crore is proposed to come through private investment.

Another important part of the Madanapalle programme is the Indian School of Agriculture being established by Reliance. The institution is expected to focus on agricultural education and training, adding another element to the broader development plans for the region.

The photograph featuring Anant Ambani with Chandrababu, Pawan Kalyan and Lokesh has also attracted attention on social media. It was taken shortly before the leaders participated in the major agricultural development programme at Madanapalle.

Speaking at the event, Anant Ambani expressed his commitment towards Andhra Pradesh and its development. He asked the people of the state to consider him as one of their own, underlining Reliance’s involvement in the agricultural initiative.

With the Global Horticulture Hub and Indian School of Agriculture taking shape, the Madanapalle programme puts agriculture, horticulture and farmer-focused infrastructure at the centre of the development push in Rayalaseema.
