AP Gears Up for Full-Thrust Legal Battle Against The Center

Andhra Pradesh Government is gearing up for a full-thrust legal battle against the Central Government with regards to the Implementation of the promises made Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act. The decision is taken by the AP Cabinet.

After Center has filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court saying that almost all the promises made to both the Telugu States are fulfilled, Andhra Pradesh Cabinet has decided to file a detailed affidavit in the Apex Court. The Affidavit will be filed by each and every department with respect to each promise made in the act.

The counsels of the government will get to pin down the Center in the court on each issue. This case filed by Ponguleti Sudhakar is slowing turning to be a big battlefield. On the other side, Telangana Government seems to be cautious in this case since KCR is keen on having good relations with the Center.
