Modi Hikes, Naidu Drops!

Andhra Pradesh Government has decided to relieve people from the burden of Increasing Petrol and Diesel Prices. The State Government had decided to decrease Two Rupees Per liter and the new prices will come into effect from tomorrow morning.

This decrease will cost a whopping 1120 Crore for the State Exchequer but Chandrababu Naidu has decided to go for it to relieve the people. Rajasthan is the first government which decreased the prices but it is more due to the impending elections in the next two months.

Congress and the other Opposition Parties have called for a Bharat Bandh against the Central Government’s insensitivity to the increasing prices. But even today, the prices have increased. Petrol is marching towards the 90 Rupees Mark.
