AP Govt Asks Jagan To Surrender Furniture!

The General Administration Department (GAD) of Andhra Pradesh has issued a letter to former Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, requesting the immediate return of furniture and electrical items purchased with government funds for his camp office in Tadepalli.

There is already a lot of debate on social media regarding this. The netizens on X are criticizing YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for not handing over the furniture even after the end of his tenure.

Netizens on X are shaming Jagan for this behaviour. They are posting tweets and pictures using the hashtag #FurnitureDongaJagan.

There were G.O.s of Rs.15 Crore spent on the house in just the first five months of his tenure.

Jagan procured these electrical items and furniture during his tenure as Chief Minister.

Since he has now lost elections and stepped down, the GAD has stepped in to ensure that these government-owned items are returned promptly.

On the other hand, the irony is that YSRCP is still trying to defend this act by YS Jagan but people are clever enough to counter them.
