AP Govt Makes Sania Mirza As PT Usha

On the occasion of National Sports Day, Andhra Pradesh Government is celebrating a grand event in which the State Government is handing over Cash Rewards to all the medal winners at the National Level since 2014. Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy promised to celebrate the event every year.

But then, the event has turned out to be an embarrassment for the Government. The picture of a flex arranged on the way to the event venue has become viral on social media. In that Tennis Star, Sania Mirza picture is captioned as PT Usha.

Chief Minister Jagan and Sports Minister, Avanthi Srinivas’ Pictures are on the Flex. Netizens are mocking the lack of Sports Knowledge for the Government itself while making tall claims about encouraging sports and recognizing the Talent.
