AP & TS Flood Relief: Chiranjeevi Joins The List

The stars of the Telugu film industry, who will always be the first to help people in times of crisis, have come forward together to support the governments of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh in providing aid to the victims of the recent heavy rainfall.

Over the past two days, various celebrities have announced their financial aid for the relief of flood victims. Now, Megastar Chiranjeevi also joined the list.

Chiranjeevi announced a donation of Rs. 50 lakhs each to the CM Relief Fund of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Sharing the news on social media, Chiru stated that he was saddened by the hardships faced by people in Telugu states due to the recent rainfall.

He said that it is tragic to see many people lose their lives in floods. He wrote, “Under the direction of the Chief Ministers of the Telugu states, both governments are working hard to improve the situation. We all need to be involved in relief efforts in some way.”

“In the process, I am announcing my contribution of one crore rupees (50 lakhs each to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana CM Relief Fund) to help the relief of the people in the two states,” he added.

Chiranjeevi hoped that the dire situation would end and people would be safe very soon.

Earlier, the likes of Mahesh Babu, Pawan Kalyan, Jr NTR, Balakrishna, Siddhu Jonnalagadda, Trivikram, Naga Vamsi, Radha Krishna, Ashwini Dutt, Vishwak Sen and many other TFI celebrities have announced their financial support.
