AP to Begin 24X7 Toll-Free Grievance Number

Andhra Pradesh government is starting yet another initiative to make administration closer to the people. As a part of this, the state government is starting a Toll-Free Number which works round the clock. Citizens can call the number with any problem.

The facility will be started on Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s Birthday and will be helpful in eradicating the graft in public servants. The Call Center will take all the complaints and will collect responses from the concerned departments.

Earlier Telangana Government also introduced such facility but could not even maintain it for a month. Andhra Pradesh government and the citizens will be hoping that this facility known as ‘Citizens Excellence Management System’ will be different and will be achieving its purpose.
