Another YCP MP Looking To Shift To Assembly

Nandigama Suresh was given Bapatla MP seat in the 2019 elections. In the Opposition, he helped YSR Congress create trouble for TDP by creating unrest in the Capital villages.

Jagan announced his candidature for the namesake but he won surprising everyone in the Jagan wave that swept Andhra Pradesh in the 2019 elections.

But then after the elections, he became a synonym of controversies despite his humble background. Cut to 2024, it is not easy to win a Lok Sabha segment with no wave and anti-incumbency.

Suresh is trying to convince Jagan to shift him to assembly. He is looking at his own assembly constituency, Tadikonda.

Undavalli Sridevi is the sitting YSRCP in Tadikonda. But then, Jagan is already not happy with her performance. He recently appointed Dokka Manikya Varaprasad as an Additional Incharge in Tadikonda.

Dokka is assuming that he is the candidate in Tadikonda.

So, it may not be easy for Nandigama Suresh to convince Jagan. Also, the survey reports are also not favorable.
